Ingredience
- 130 grams (4.5 ounces) chicken thighs
- ⅓ scallion stalk
- 150 milliliters (0.55 cup) dashi broth
- 4 tablespoons mirin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 beaten eggs
- 400 grams (14 ounces) cooked rice
- GARNISH
- 2 egg yolks
Postup
1. Combine chicken thighs, scallion, dashi broth, mirin, and soy sauce in a pan over medium heat.
2. Pour ⅔ beaten egg evenly and draw a spiral pattern as you do so until it hardens.
3. Then pour remaining beaten eggs on surface again on low heat.
4. Put mixture on cooked rice. Add an egg yolk on the top.
