Ingredience
- 70 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 8 eggs
- 80 grams sugar
- 800 milliliters milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 grams powdered gelatin, make soft by soaking it in 75 milliliters water

1.For the caramel sauce, add sugar and water in a pot on medium heat.
2.Continue to move the pan until the mixture turns into a brown color and has a roasted scent. Add hot water, stir and remove from the heat.
3.Pour sauce into a bowl and cool.
4.For the pudding, in a large bowl whisk the eggs and sugar.
5.Add milk and vanilla extract, stir to combine.
6.Pour mixture into a saucepan and heat until it reaches 90℃/195°F. Then add gelatin and cool.
7.Pour the mixture into the bowl and refrigerate for 5 hours.
8.Place a plate on the open side. Carefully flip the bow upside-down. Enjoy!
